Chapters: As of 2008 Chapter 1 of the Navigators USA is active and busy in New York City. Chapter 1 has a Junior group ages 7-10, and this year a Senior Navigators (ages 11-18) has started from graduates of the Junior Navigators program from last year. Numerous groups across the country are interested and would like to start Chapters, eventhough we are real close now, it is still a bit soon to start new chapters outside of the NYC Metro area.
We are in the final process of developing a Junior Curriculum and a Senior Handbook. Hopefully, they will be completed by the Spring of 2009 and we will be ready to offer more Chapters starting Fall of 2009.
