SENIOR NAVIGATORS:
The Senior Navigators is for boys and girls age 11-18 and advancements through the levels are based on experience and knowledge. Through camping trips, hiking adventures, games and activities, the children build self esteem, respect for others, and independence. The children take more control in their activities and leadership over each other through experiential education.
NAVIGATOR:
This is final advancement in the Senior Navigators. At this level the children become the leaders of the other children. They lead the meetings and help in the instructions for the other advancement levels. They further their understanding of first aid, survival skills, and also choose more Achievement Awards to study skills more intensely.
*Achievement Awards:
These awards represent intensive study and mastery of specific skills such as Sailing, Ecology, Hiking, Cooking, First Aid, Biking, Civic Pride, and many others.
