SENIOR NAVIGATORS:
The Senior Navigators is for boys and girls age 11-18 and advancements through the levels are based on experience and knowledge. Through camping trips, hiking adventures, games and activities, the children build self esteem, respect for others, and independence. The children take more control in their activities and leadership over each other through experiential education.
SHADOW:
This is the first level for the Senior Navigators and the children Shadow the more advanced children and learn from them. This level consists of understanding basic first aid, basic survival skills, basic understanding of ecology, memorizing and understanding the Moral Compass and Cardinal Points.
