SENIOR NAVIGATORS:
The Senior Navigators is for boys and girls age 11-18 and advancements through the levels are based on experience and knowledge. Through camping trips, hiking adventures, games and activities, the children build self esteem, respect for others, and independence. The children take more control in their activities and leadership over each other through experiential education.
TRACKER:
This is the second level for the Senior Navigators and the children learn to start to find their own path through the paths of others ahead of them. They will go on camping trips, learn more advanced first aid and survival skills, be introduced to community service and develop events for the other children to participate in. They will begin to understand the requirements for leadership.
